Corydon Converting is a privately held ISO 9001:2015 hands-on, veteran-owned, paper and film converting company. Established in 1986, the corporate office and plant occupy a 32,000 square foot facility in Aurora IL. The company also operates a 8000 square foot converting plant with stocking warehouse in Sugar Grove, IL. Corydon clients range from Fortune 100 companies to start-ups. To manage projects, Corydon uses a fully integrated computer system to track customer inventory throughout the converting process.
Corydon offers our customers up-to-the-minute lot control for tracing, UPC labeled boxes, direct-to-end user blind shipping with customized packing lists, and an inventory control system for customer-owned materials.
Our internal sales force will discuss with you your specific needs such as what product that you are using today, if any, and if that product is working for you. This will help us decide the product that works best for your application. Product Data Sheets will be provided with samples.

Corydons’ suppliers work with their R&D teams to develop customized adhesive systems that work on a wide variety of surfaces. We customize and stock films, including low density films in 2-3 mil gauges. The Masking Films have adhesion levels that range from very low to very high. Textured surfaces require more adhesion since the film does not connect to the surface completely. The film’s overall thickness is the thickness of the film with the pressure-sensitive adhesive.
Our wide array of temporary protective surface film and tapes can be applied quickly and easily and will remove cleanly with no adhesive residue.
